Almost ready for humans again

Working in an office on the upper eastside of Miami has been challenging for quite some time (has it been years already?) but imagine my SHEER JOY when I discovered that from 79th Street north, Biscayne Boulevard is OPEN! I am sure that I am not the only one who cried on the ride home after viewing blocks and blocks of open road with not an orange cone in site. God bless FDOT today.
